Our Methodology
Our software development methodology is a unigue approach towards the payment industry, and its many moving parts. Like most software vendors, ePayware has a large tool set that we offer to our clients, however understanding this industries complexities has been our companies main goal and objective for several years. We understand that one size does not fit all, and our approach is more like each client gets their own piece of software, customized to the way they do business, and they way they would like to streamline their processes.
Needs Determination
A large part of what we do is to evaluate the procedures a organization might have, and understand were their pain points are in regards to departmental communications, work flow, process, and managerial hurtles. We understand that this industry moves very quickly and in order to make good business decisions, organizations are going to need quality information at their fingertips. We will spend several days at your organization and discuss all facets of your company to determine were we can be most effective. We are not just about selling software, we are about providing solutions that help organizations to grow, without throwing another body at it.
Scope
After a lengthly needs determination period, we will construct a scope document that outlines the steps and software that will meet your needs. This document will help managment understand strengths and weeknesses within the organization at a detailed level. Management can then determine where the most bang for the buck can be. This process also allows for management to take a step back to determine future employement needs, and skill sets that will lead them into their next growth phase.
